Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid subscriptions, trials, or other commercial services that may be offered by Stellarwave Solutions Private Limited for Lawb or related software services.

2. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of future recurring charges by contacting us before the next billing cycle. Access already granted for the active billing period may continue until the end of that paid term, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a written commercial agreement, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started and service access has been provisioned.

If a duplicate payment, technical billing error, or unauthorized charge is identified, please contact us promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

4. Exceptions

We may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis where there is a demonstrated billing error, service provisioning issue, or legal requirement that applies.
